Pilates does it all! It is your cardio training, your strength training, your flexibility training, your coordination and balance training, your postural training and above all else, your mental training. 

 

Pilates is exercise for the whole body. It was developed almost one hundred years ago by Joseph Pilates.

 

The traditional method is low-impact. It focuses on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Exercises are performed with an emphasis on precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength; controlled, flowing movements; and using breath to centre the mind.
