PRIVATE AND DUO LESSONS
An initial consultation is a one-on-one session that includes a full pre-exercise screen, musculoskeletal and bio mechanical assessment with the instructor of your choice. From this, a tailored pilates program is designed for the individual client within the parameters of age, posture, body type, fitness level, medical conditions, diagnosed pre-existing conditions and, specific needs/goals.

Please be aware that you must do an initial consultation before booking into any private, duo or equipment studio session.
Private sessions are recommended for those individuals with very specific needs that require closer attention from our qualified instructors or practitioners and, for those individuals who would like to maximise results or are working towards a specific goal.
If you're planning to do equipment classes, you'll do an initial consultation and 1 hour private lesson first.

30 MINS, 45 MINS OR 1 HOUR
PRIVATE LESSONS (1 PARTICIPANT):
1 hour of instruction with the instructor/practitioner of your choice. A popular session for couples, family members or friends who would like to share a particular session time or who have similar needs or goals.
DUO LESSONS (2 PARTICIPANTS):

Pilates Studio In The Hills provides all equipment you'll need for your initial consultation and private/duo lesson.
Plus we have a freshen up station, filtered water and cubbies for you to store your personal items.
