PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL CLASSES
Whether you are in the prenatal or postnatal phase of pregnancy, this class is the one for you!
For prenatal women, your instructor will give you exercises to prepare your body for delivery and recovery. They'll teach you to apply the principles of pilates so that you can maintain strength and alignment during your pregnancy.
For postnatal women, your instructor will give you exercises to strengthen, tone and rebuild endurance for abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and structure.
