Group matwork classes cater to a variety of fitness levels and needs. Prepare for a full body workout! You'll lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body.
We ensure a safe environment by limiting class numbers to a maximum of 8 participants. Matwork classes are only suitable for those who can get up and down off the mat. If you can't do this, we recommend you do equipment pilates instead.
