What is your class cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour late cancellation policy. That means, if you cancel within 24-hours of your lesson, you will be charged the full lesson fee. If you cancel more than 24-hours before your lesson, you are not required to pay anything. You can withdraw from a lesson yourself by using our app.
How do I download the 'Pilates Studio In The Hills' app?
On your mobile or tablet device, go to your application store (i.e. App Store, Google Play, etc) and search, 'Pilates Studio In The Hills'. You will then be able to download the app for free.
How do I book into classes?
The easiest way is to do it on the Pilates Studio In The Hills app. You can also contact the studio to do it for you.
Why isn't the Pilates Studio In The Hills app letting me book into a class?
If this happens, it means the class is full. Instead, you can register to pop your name on the waitlist for that class. If a place becomes available, you will be notified and then you can book in.
I don't know what class I should do?
We understand that no two people are the same. If you're not sure what class is best for you, give us a call so we can chat with you and figure out what class is the best fit for you.
Do you offer memberships?
We sure do! We offer 3-month, 6-month and 12-month options for all of our classes. You can elect to do 1, 2 or 3 classes per week.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes you can:
3-month memberships come with a 2-week medical hold and 2-week holiday hold
6-month memberships come with a 3-week medical hold and 3-week holiday hold
12-month memberships come with a 4-week medical hold and 4-week holiday hold
These holds do not have to be used in one lump. For example, if you are on a 6-month membership, you may elect to use 2 weeks of your holiday hold and then use the third holiday hold week separately.
