Equipment classes are the most popular way to book regular studio sessions. A maximum of 4 clients are booked into an hour session with 1 instructor who delivers an individualised program to each client on specialised pilates equipment, such as the reformer, trapeze, wunda chair, spine corrector and ladder
An equipment session is an economical way to receive individual instruction in an intimate environment. These classes are recommended for those with a specific training goal. It is also suitable for those people who haven’t exercised in a while or have an injury or condition. All fitness levels welcome!
Equipment sessions can be booked online or in the studio after you have done an initial consultation and 1 private lesson.
