Studio Equipment Classes
The first step is to book into a private Initial Consultation with the instructor. At this session, we ask you about any injuries or conditions, your goals, and conduct a posture screening.
Once we have this information we can formulate a starting program for you.
You then attend one more private session before booking into a group class with a maximum of four clients.
Your program is regularly reviewed as you become stronger, more flexible and develop core stability. Each person works at their own level towards their goals. Equipment classes are recommended for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level
These classes are suitable for those with no ongoing back, neck or shoulder pain. You need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily. Classes are general all-over toning classes with a maximum of 8 people. Classes will leave you invigorated.
These classes are a 45 minute, fast paced, high intensity, reformer workout. This class is designed to challenge and push you to new limits. Classes are an all over body workout that tone, tighten, stretch and strengthen. Maximum of 2 people per class.
